We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for The Liveleaner Course, but this does not apply to any Private 1-1 Coaching services. If you are not satisfied with the results of the self-guided course, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to contact us, and we will gladly refund the full purchase price. Rest assured, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are only available for The Liveleaner Course and not for Private 1-1 Coaching. We believe this policy will give you peace of mind and encourage you to experience The Liveleaner Course, as we are confident you will find it highly rewarding.

Termination

If the Client chooses to terminate the Agreement for 1-1 Private Coaching before the end of the initial contracted period and is paying in installments, the Client must provide a 2-week notice. In such cases, the current billed month will not be refunded, and the Client will be responsible for any outstanding fees for the remaining billing cycles. The Client shall also pay 50% of the total outstanding fees for the remaining billing cycles upon early termination. Upon termination, the Client shall remain bound by the confidentiality obligations outlined in this Agreement.

No Refund Policy for 1-1 Coaching

The Advisor operates under a strict no-refund policy. By making payment, the Client waives the right to claim a refund for any reason, including program interruptions, breaks caused by the Client, or voluntary withdrawal due to unsatisfactory results. The Client acknowledges sole responsibility for the success or results achieved through the Services/training program(s) and cannot claim any refund.

Additionally, the Client agrees to abide by a nochargeback policy, forgoing the right to claim any chargeback of fees or payments made to the Advisor for any reason.
